Emily’s International Cuisine is founded by Chef Gustavo Espinosa. We are a NYC-Style Bistro Café serving paninis, wraps, pita pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and hot and cold buffets filled with creatively presented gourmet food. Every day Chef Gustavo prepares cuisine from a different country -- from Spanish to Mexican, French, Italian, Polish or American.

We also offer full-service professional catering with exquisite presentation. Chef Gustavo has trained in premier restaurants within the tri-state area & can prepare scrumptuously tasting delicacies.
